A conversation between rachel and a property agent.the property agent is teaching rachel the tricks of the trade.
property agent: so you must always suck up to your clients
Rachel: erm....ok
Property agent: and if your client call you to come,you must say "okok...i will come there very fast...i will be there espn...espn !!
at this point rachel is just nodding her head and controlling her laughter...afterwhich she proceeded to call yours truly .......i don't mean to make fun of him but espn?

moving on...im currently watching baby geniuses 2 and i absolutely love it...the kids are oh-so-adorable.....and the movie is just plain funny la......go watch it people.......
